Two New Novices on the Feast of the Beheading of the Forerunner

At the end of the Vigil service for the feast of the Beheading of St. John the Baptist, our two newest monastic candidates were clothed as Novices—John Gregory, from California, and Ephraim Hernandez, from Florida. After the short ceremony, Archimandrite Seraphim reminded them that, in the troubled times our world is currently experiencing, what is needed above all else is more men of prayer. Please pray for them as they take this next step on their monastic journey!
