Wildflower - Derived from a variety of wildflowers and plants, this honey has a classic golden color. Its taste is sweet and mild, with light floral notes in the finish. An excellent all-purpose honey.
Basswood - This honey comes from the flower of the basswood tree, also known as the linden tree. Bright golden yellow in color, it has a crisp, clean taste with a citrusy bite. Makes a great sweetener for tea.
Sourwood - Made from the flower of the sourwood tree, this honey has a pale amber hue, a syrupy smooth texture, and a flavor that is exceptionally rich and sweet. Try drizzling it over toast, biscuits, or pancakes.
Summer Sweet - Light, sweet, with subtle notes of tropical fruit and a smooth finish.
