Just like the premium Royal Hojari Frankincense, Superior Hojari is resin harvested from the boswellia sacra species of frankincense tree. Though not as pure as the Royal variety, Superior Hojari is nonetheless of an exceptional quality, consisting of light yellow and golden resins that burn cleanly. Its exquisite fragrance profile features prominent notes of citrus and pine, similar to Royal Hojari, which makes it an affordable alternative.
Like all of our raw frankincense varieties, Superior Hojari is an excellent option for those with respiratory sensitivities.

PLEASE NOTE: Because Hojari Frankincense is hand-cut to order, it may take an additional 3-4 days before orders are ready to ship.
I liked the smell of the raw royal frankincense better. This is very good though. Shipping is lightning fast and very reasonable.
Exceptional quality, care, and value. Have been buying many different kinds of incense from Holy Cross Monastery exclusively for years. It's all good.
Which is beyond the other, definition wise. I liked superior, thought it was alittle better. but thn there were a few big pieces of premium that were extremely good. pretty much interchangeable... except $ ...
Great incense
What can I say? This is amazing incense, I have bought this several times.
